Chicago

Jason had an Ophthamology conference in Chicago that we got to tag along. We all got to spend a lot of time together, in between some of Jason's meetings/labs. The hotel was BEAUTIFUL!

Two exhausted kids-it turned dark around 4:30 p.m. in Chicago, so this is earlier than it looks.

It was sunny and about 65 degrees at the Navy Pier-We all got to walk the Miracle Mile and Navy Pier during one of Jason's breaks.

Aren't those the coolest buildings outside our hotel? See the cars parked under all the rooms?

View from our room, 16 stories up.

Good (early) Morning Carter!

The kids were up at 4:30 a.m. the first morning and 5:30 the second morning. Jason took them out for a bit the first morning, so I could sleep. They also spent time coloring, playing in the pack-n-play, and watching Miss Patty Cake.

Chicago pizza-kind-of ate and ran. By the time we got the pizza, the kids were DONE sitting around.
