The Family Picture

After a few years, we were all together again and ready to get that family picture.

Christmas in Vermont

We flew to Vermont after Dad finished work Christmas week. We then spent 8 days there. Five of those days, all of Mommy's brothers and sisters, nieces, and nephews were all together.
In the above picture, we had a big breakfast and carol sing with the extended family.

There was a menu and job chart that worked great for feeding/cleaning 16 of us. Micah and Jesse had lunch duty--Need any help Uncle Micah?!

Everyone spent lots of time just talking and enjoying being together.

We had some beautiful Vermont snow storms--here's Charlotte.

I became fascinated with people drinking!

Visits from Daddy's Family

The second half of our week in Vermont, Grampa Hall came and visited. He brought Daddy skiing and relaxed with us on the farm. Grandma Gigi, Mima, and Grampa Michael also came for a day to visit. It was so neat to see everyone. We were blessed they each made the trip up to the farm to see us.

We opened gifts at the bed and breakfast Mima, Grampa Michael, and Grandma Gigi were staying in.

On our third try, our plane flight home finally happened. This is me exhausted, ready to head off to the airport again to see if our flight would go this time. I was a great sport I'm told!

Christmas at our House

Christmas was from dawn until after dusk at our place, as I'd make it through one event or another (opening a few gifts, stockings, eating) and then it was nap time again (I get sleepy pretty quickly at times). Mom and Dad made a delicious Christmas supper for themselves and rented a movie to watch (or fall asleep to), after I went to bed.

I'm Eating Solids Now!

we started out with a delicious breakfast of my first solid food.

What a success! I can't wait to eat again already!

What an exciting snow storm!! It gave me the giggles!

We took a trip to Dayton and got to see "Aunt" Angela, "Uncle" David, and Christian. They're having a baby girl soon, so Angela was seeing what it was like to hold me.

During December

"Aunt Nayra" came to visit, along with Miss Christina and my friend Meredeth.

Someone dropped off a present.

You can't see my face, but I'm smiling and laughing after doing this for Mommy!

I've taken up reading!

Birthdays and Thanksgiving

We celebrated Jason and Stephen's birthdays, which are a week apart. Julia, Rachel, Stephen, Andrew, Grandma Cordell, Mom Cordell, and Jessica were all there for the fun.

Lauren got to spend lots of time with Aunt Jessica (from FL), Mima(NY), and Grandma Gigi(NJ).

30's the New 20!

Mommy's 30th birthday celebration went on for about 2 weeks. First Daddy had our neighbor babysit me while he took her out for breakfast at Bob Evans. Then at the farm, we enjoyed a delicious cake together.

Back in Indy, Dad set up a "Girls' Night Out" while he and Uncle Stephen watched Lauren and Andrew.

Aunt Julia, Aunt Rachel, Uncle Stephen, and Cousin Andrew all came out for the weekend to celebrate.

Daddy made brownies for Mommy. Watch out, the candles are falling!

Miss Amy, Miss Christina, and my friend Merideth joined us for dessert. Later we watched "13 Going on 30".
